Application Process

  1. Drive by the property to view the exterior and neighborhood.  (Do not disturb tenants)
  2. Contact North Coast Rentals by email for pre interview and to schedule a showing (required before application will be processed).
  3. Submit completed application through the application link on the 'Renters' page under the property you are applying for.
  4. Submit identification through email (Driver's License, Passport, etc.).
  5. Submit supporting documentation (proof of current income, pet info, etc.) through email or fax.
  6. If you have an Emotional Support Animal, you are required to submit documentation of the E.S.A and it is required to be approved before residing at the unit.
  7. If you do not have verifiable income or have a FICO score lower than 700, please submit a Co-signer.  The Co-signer will fill out the same application through the link you used.
