Application Process
- Drive by the property to view the exterior and neighborhood. (Do not disturb tenants)
- Contact North Coast Rentals by email for pre interview and to schedule a showing (required before application will be processed).
- Submit completed application through the application link on the 'Renters' page under the property you are applying for.
- Submit identification through email (Driver's License, Passport, etc.).
- Submit supporting documentation (proof of current income, pet info, etc.) through email or fax.
- If you have an Emotional Support Animal, you are required to submit documentation of the E.S.A and it is required to be approved before residing at the unit.
- If you do not have verifiable income or have a FICO score lower than 700, please submit a Co-signer. The Co-signer will fill out the same application through the link you used.
